  16. I am looking for some whizbang programmers to help me develop web authoring
  17. and web site management tools as standalone Windows-based or browser-based
  18. java products.

  20. My new company, LionWare, is ready to go online on the web to promote the
  21. best in affordable web editing tools. I want to provide evalution-style
  22. shareware, easily accessible on the web and other online channels, and
  23. which will be marketed throughout web/online channels and related
  24. publications.

  26. I am currently working with developing partners through standard non-
  27. disclosure agreements and intend to sell their products on a royalty basis
  28. through standard software publishing agreements. Basically, the developer
  29. creates the web tool; I productize, advertise, distribute, sell, and
  30. support the product.
